Components weighing in excess of a ton are handled daily, as are smaller designs such as long bolts, gear blanks and connectors. Work centers are strategically placed throughout our 115,000 square foot facility to maximize throughput while minimizing handling.
Your product integrity is ensured through our internally staffed, Accredited Quality Assurance technicians, supported by the most sophisticated testing and gauging available. CMT has a Certified Mag Particle and Dye Penetration department to provide an added level of assurance of the integrity of the finished component.
